Refund Policy

No Refunds

All payments made to Instaclaw are final and non-refundable. When you pay for the Service, we immediately provision cloud infrastructure on your behalf — including dedicated servers, networking tunnels, SSL certificates, and object storage. These are real resources that incur costs the moment they are created.

Because the funds are spent on provisioning infrastructure for your use, we are unable to offer refunds once payment has been processed. This applies to all charges, including initial setup fees, subscription payments, and any additional usage charges.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription and deprovision your instances at any time through the dashboard. Upon cancellation:

  • Your instances will be deprovisioned and the underlying infrastructure will be destroyed
  • You will retain access to the Service until the end of your current billing period
  • No further charges will be applied after cancellation
  • No partial or prorated refunds will be issued for the remaining time in your billing period

Exceptional Circumstances

In rare cases where the Service experienced a significant outage or failure directly caused by us (not by third-party providers or OpenClaw), we may, at our sole discretion, offer service credits toward future use. This is not guaranteed and is evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
